Tanglewood Baptist Church Purpose Statement

Now to Him Who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21

Understanding the Commission of Christ found in Matthew 28:19-20, it is the purpose of Tanglewood Baptist Church to glorify God in all things, to evangelize the community of Jasper (especially East Jasper), to promote evangelism worldwide through missions, and to edify her membership through Bible study, discipleship, fellowship, and prayer for one another.
